Applicants who applied online can still access their submitted documents, withdraw the application, and view the current status.
Custom Workflows
If custom workflows are created and in use in the system, the utilized workflow with its named workflow steps will be displayed. The table below illustrates the standard workflow as an example. Additionally, it distinguishes the application entry based on whether it occurred through your softgarden Job Portal or the softgarden Network.
Furthermore, applicants in the softgarden Network can see if a comment has been written and/or a star rating has been given to their application, though without specific details.
