Assigning Talent Pool Categories
A Talent Pool category can be created and assigned in two different ways.
In the Profile in the Talent Pool
On the left side of the applicant's profile, you will find the 'Pool Categories' field. This way, talents can also be moved to the created categories.
When Rejecting Applicants
When rejecting an applicant, you also have the option to assign a Talent Pool category by simultaneously sending the invitation to the pool, including the invitation link, in the rejection email.
By checking 'Talent Pool Invitation,' the field to create a Pool Category will appear.
