Your custom questions will be displayed to applicants as mandatory fields during online applications. Here, you can inquire about salary expectations, job-relevant certifications, or the possible start date in advance, helping to identify top candidates more quickly.
There are different types of response options:
Free Text (Single Line) | A short free-text answer |

Free Text (Multiple Lines) | A longer free-text answer, e.g., a paragraph. |
Yes/No Question | An option with a choice of Yes or No |
Answer Catalog | An option with choices freely given by you |
Editing the questions later is possible by editing the job through the 'Overview' tab.
Evaluation Criteria for Applicants
Define internal evaluation criteria for applicants with their respective weights. Use the plus symbol for additional criteria.
Job team members will be asked for their feedback after the interview. With the 5-star rating, the assessment of the applicants' skills can be detailed. The achieved overall result is visualized as stars based on the percentage weighting of individual points.
