Define Content for Your Job Advertisement
In step two, the focus is on the design, text content, and target audience of your job advertisement.
Layout Details – Choose Layout Template
In the Layout Details section, you can choose from the available designs using the dropdown menu 'Template.' Two templates are available by default - the 'Job Ad Layout' and the 'Two Column Job Ad Layout.' Customization to your corporate design is part of the onboarding process in collaboration with your customer representative. If needed, the creation of professional and individual ad layouts can be requested from your customer representative.
Ad Text
The Ad Text with a heading (title) can be pasted via copy-and-paste or manually entered. When using the copy-and-paste method, it's important to copy only the plain text to avoid transferring unwanted formatting. Please add a separate section for each text segment with the button at the bottom to ensure a clean representation of the pre-set color design! Additionally, all formatting options are available. Unwanted sections can be deleted with a click on the trash bin button. The sections can also be rearranged in order through drag & drop. If no heading is desired for a text section, simply leave the Title field blank.
Information for Internal Applicants
If the job advertisement also concerns internal applicants, insert specific information for this target audience.
Structured Ad Data
Some job boards additionally require the submission of the ad in structurally formatted form. Currently, this includes StepStone, meinestadt.de, and jobvector. If you want to advertise with one of these job boards, activate this option with the slider and fill in the sections with content (possibly with copy-and-paste). This way, the ad can be optimally presented on job boards that require structured ad data. The adjustments for StepStone can be found in the settings under Job Boards.
