Activate Spontaneous Applications

To give candidates the opportunity to apply spontaneously, two activations are required.

Firstly, the option "Get Connected," which can be found in the settings under "additional features."

Secondly, the Widget "Show Get Connected" for the job portal, which is also to be activated in the settings under Customization.

After saving the changes, an additional tab appears in the navigation of the job portal, as well as a short text with the "Get Connected" button below the job list.

Contact Form

If the candidate chooses the path through the "Get Connected" button, they can enter their personal details in the subsequent contact form, all of which are mandatory. This includes first name, last name, email address, and additional information about their interests. The resume can be uploaded as a file or linked with the Xing profile. After confirming the two data protection fields, the application is completed by clicking "Submit" and lands in your talent pool.

The three queries regarding interests, current career level, and preferred location provide a response catalog based on a dropdown list that is tailored to your catalog entries during job creation.

The system automatically determines the data regarding the location from the previously posted ads. Therefore, applicants can only choose locations that you have already used. This ensures that applications are not received for locations outside your company radius.
