Scorecard Rating for Applications

The Interview Scorecard supports decision-making in your recruiting process and helps reach decisions faster and more efficiently. With the mobile-optimized Interview Scorecard, you can provide feedback on an interviewed candidate from anywhere without logging in.

The Interview Scorecard can be opened directly from the email inbox, eliminating the need for login. Also, participants without a softgarden account can provide their feedback. All Scorecard ratings are visible to the job owner/administrators.

How it works:

1. Create a job with evaluation criteria and advertise

2. Schedule an interview through the system and invite all participating colleagues

3. One hour after the interview, colleagues receive an automatic email to provide their evaluation of the interviewed candidate.

4. Open the Scorecard from the email and click on the "Rate Now" button

The applicant rating differs based on whether evaluation criteria for applicants were defined during job creation or not.

Rating with Evaluation Criteria

If evaluation criteria were defined as part of the job posting, these criteria can be rated for each application.

Submit evaluation criteria, along with the Yes/No/Maybe decision and, if necessary, text feedback. Submit the rating.

Average Rating

You can see the calculated average rating for each candidate individually in their respective profile and for comparison in the applicant list.
