The "Team" section (formerly User Management) is a central part of the Onboarding Solution and has been significantly enhanced. Here are the key changes:

Pre-boarding users: The Team now includes employees in the Pre-Boarding phase.
These users only have a private email address and were previously not visible in User Management.
Initial avatars: The Team list now displays avatars with users' initials.
- Users with a private email have a light green avatar.
- Users with a business email are marked with a light purple avatar. These users are also available in the central softgarden User Management and can be managed there by support if needed.
- Active boarding users: Users currently in an active boarding flow have an avatar with a rotating dotted line.
- External users are highlighted with a badge with a globe icon.
Email display: Both private and business email addresses are displayed simultaneously.
Login overview: Admins and HR can view the last login of all onboarding users.
