With the "Job Requisition" function, employees can report staffing needs and submit them for approval to supervisors in a flexible process.
Flexible Process: Requests can be accepted, rejected, or forwarded to any users
All requests and pending approvals can be viewed on a dashboard
The requests and previous decision steps can be viewed with comments and transparently traced for authorized personnel
Roles: The admin has access to all job requests
Weekly email reminders for pending approvals
Every user role has the authorization to request a job. This right can be adjusted in the role configurator.
