



Manually Add Application
By clicking on the “Add Application” button in the previously selected job, a new mask opens.
Clicking on "Enter Data Manually" brings up the input field to manually enter detailed applicant information.

Applicant Information
In addition to entering the applicant's data, you can upload the resume and other documents, or optionally manually enter resume data for completion. Here, too, the mandatory fields are first name, last name, and email.
If you have defined custom questions during job creation, you can also include them if the information is available. In this variant, custom questions are, of course, not mandatory fields.

Notice of arrival
Finally, you also have the option to send the applicant an notice of arrival and data protection request.
Clicking the "Add" button finally adds the applicant to the job/talent pool.
