Invite Candidates in the Talent Pool to a Job
To add selected candidates to a desired position, there is the 'Invite' button.
Subsequently, a new window opens, listing all your jobs in a dropdown menu. You can select the desired position before sending the invitation via email.
Email Template
For the email template, you can choose an email template or compose an individual text. The invitation link will be automatically added to the email, allowing the applicant to follow the application invitation.
By clicking the 'Send Invitation' button, you complete the process and will be notified once the invitation is accepted.
