With softgarden, you can request and evaluate feedback from applicants in the process as well as from hired employees.

The collected feedback is displayed to you in softgarden under the "Feedback" section in the navigation.

Here you get a list of the average rating of individual feedback questions as a summary and additionally visualized with a star ranking.
