Talent Pool
In softgarden, you can manage your own Talent Pool for receiving unsolicited applications and applicants who should be saved for future vacancies after rejection.
You can view and edit applicant data in the Talent Pool as usual.
In the Talent Pool, you can save unsolicited applications submitted through your job portal with the activated 'Get Connected' feature.
Additionally, when you reject applicants, you have the option to include them in your Talent Pool to be able to invite them again for future positions.
Creating pool categories contributes to better organization. The invitation link generated by the system for the Talent Pool is unique to each candidate. Therefore, this link cannot be copied for other applicants.
Filter Options
In addition to the keyword search, you have various filter options to facilitate your search.
Specifically, the filters "Tags" and "Pool Categories" help you define your own criteria for applicants, making the search easier in the applicant list. Tags can be assigned to applicant profiles at any time.
