24 hours after the agreed interview date, the applicant receives an email asking about their application experience. The criteria catalog includes nine questions about the application process.
The email is sent automatically and is personalized to the recipient. The basis is provided by the information entered in the applicant form and the date with the time of the interview selected in the system.
