Your career page is equipped with an inline reporting system based on Matomo by default. Matomo is a powerful open-source analytics solution that emphasizes data privacy and data sovereignty. All key KPIs are automatically captured as soon as the page is published.
Integrated Pixels
Additionally, you have the option to integrate the following popular tracking pixels by entering the corresponding ID in the settings in the dashboard:
Google Measurement ID (GA4): Enables detailed analysis of visitor behavior and provides insights into conversion rates and user paths.
Meta Pixel ID: Helps measure the effectiveness of your Facebook ads and create audiences for future campaigns.
LinkedIn Pixel ID (Insight Tag): Available from Release 37 in August 2024, it allows you to track the performance of your LinkedIn ads and gain valuable insights into your target audience.
